It’s indeed another moment of recognition for the sociable Bada Iyalode of Ibadanland, Chief (Mrs.) Bolupe Aminat Aramide.

For her passionate and charitable activities, all of which are aimed at the development of Ibadan land and its indigenes, both at home and in the Diaspora, the London-based entrepreneur, and chairperson, Boldan Foundation, has been made the Ambassador for Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes in Europe. Before she was even conferred with this exalted title, the Bada Iyalode, earlier in the year was regaled by the Olubadan of Ibadan, HRM, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji. The beautiful and industrious woman had been involved in several philanthropic activities through her novel Boldan Foundation, which has over the years been putting smiles on the faces of many, whom fate has not been kind to, within the Ibadan city and its environs,; all these she has done without relenting. According to the letter of appointment sent to her by the President General of Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, Chief Yemi Soladoye, ‘’Chief (Mrs.) Bolupe Aminat Aramide will be coordinating, promoting and expanding the activities of the CCII, which is an umbrella body for all the socio-cultural societies/clubs of Ibadan extraction both at home and abroad; source for funds, promote peace and unity among Ibadan indigenous clubs in and around Europe’. Hitting the grounds running fast, the vivacious lady started her activities of doing what she knows best during the last Sallah period by paying visits to many prominent Ibadan indigenes, including the Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, to intimate them of her new and lofty responsibilities. The stylish woman is happily married Barrister Daniel Aramide, an accomplished solicitor, who runs a thriving law firm in Dagenhan, East of London, in the United Kingdom.
